Thank you for choosing The Cloth Diaper Source! We are so very happy that you have chosen us to be your cloth diaper provider and we truly hope that you enjoy your experience! If at any time we can be of service to you to answer questions or aid with concerns, please feel free to email, message or call us. Please also know that we LOVE our Customers and we LOVE Customer Service! If you need a product from a brand that we carry and it is either out-of-stock or unavailable through us, please message us as we would be happy to get your favorite or need-to-have items in for you. We are here to make your life easier when it comes to shipping and receiving your product and we want to have a successful cloth diapering journey!Important!
Shipping usually occurs on a daily or next day basis on normal business weeks. We do not ship on weekends of statutory holidays. Please note that during sales and clearance times through the year, shipping times may take longer due to high volumes in orders.
Parcels are shipped using Expedited Shipping. Expedited shipping historically takes 2-6 days to arrive at its destination within Canada. We cannot, however, guarantee Canada Post delivery schedules. We are located in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Please keep in mind that all delivery times are weather permitting and sometimes ship times can be affected by occurrences that are out of our control. We are happy to assist with parcels that have been lost (re-sending and replacing the lost parcel). A "Lost Parcel" status must be determined by Canada Post before a replacement is made by The Cloth Diaper Source. Parcels that include tracking can be tracked using the Canada Post website ( https://www.canadapost.ca).
United States (continental)
All Parcels are shipped using Small Packet Air which means that your order will normally be received between 1-2 weeks. The day it is dropped into the mail counts as day "ZERO" as parcels are picked up and transferred from the post office to the shipping distribution center at different times during the day. Please keep in mind that all delivery times are weather permitting and sometimes ship times can be affected by occurrences that are out of our control. Please keep in mind that international orders are going through customs. This process will sometimes take upwards of 1-8 weeks due to customs and weather. A Small Parcel will not be replaced or deemed lost unless it has been more than 8 weeks. After it has left our store, it is in the hands of Canada Post, Customs and USPS.
* Please Note: Some items may be removed from the manufacturer's packaging to ensure that it will fit into an envelope in order to achieve letter mail status. Letter mail envelopes will often be vacuum sealed to achieve letter mail size (under 2.5cm in height) *
* The Cloth Diaper Source is not responsible for damages incurred to the product due to how the package is opened by the customer *
Local Pick Up customers can pick up in Spruce Grove on a daily basis! After you have made your purchase, please contact us via email (email@example.com) to arrange for pick-up.
·Online Shipped Orders must be paid for within 48 hours. Orders will not be shipped until fully paid for. Unpaid for orders will be cancelled
·Delivery Orders must be paid for within 48 hours of the order being made. Unpaid for orders will be cancelled.
·Local Pick-Up Orders can be paid for at the time of ordering or as COA (Cash on Arrival). Local Pick Up customers should make arrangements as to when pick up will be happening.

Please Note: Grovia and Cotton Babies products (bumGenius and Flip) do not ship from Canada to the United States via The Cloth Diaper Source.
The Cloth Diaper Source does not ship outside of Canada and the continental U.S.

In the event of a sale or price reduction (permanent or temporary), no full or partial refunds will be provided for purchases made prior to the date the sale commences. No refunds or price matches will be made for previous purchases.
Most product defects are handled directly by the manufacturer.
